The warehouse worker is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, staging and shipping/transfer of raw materials, finished goods, and work in progress products (WIP) in compliance with company standards and procedures. Job duties are to load, unload, stack, and stage finish goods, raw materials, and work in progress products (WIP) using a fork lift, clamp truck or other type of powered industrial truck (PIT); as well as, recording leftovers on the leftover log. Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put-away and load functions, as required. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect forklifts or other equipment. This position requires certification in the operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), use and care of company issued radios and phones, basic mathematical skills and flexibility to work various shifts as required by company production needs.

PAY: $18.24/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential 2nd shift 

2nd Monday to Friday 2:45PM - 11:15PM

The Line Performance Technician is a key member of the manufacturing team responsible for executing their production or packaging line’s key performance targets while ensuring, Quality, People and Food Safety requirements are being maintained. They seek to maximize efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste. They are responsible for coordinating, controlling, and tracking material usage and for performing adjustments and troubleshooting of equipment and processes to maintain a consistent flow and pace to assembly and packaging line activities.

Operate machine(s) as defined in the Machine Operator Manual following all safety procedures.  Adjusts machinery when operating and ensures machine adjustments or changes of materials is done on a timely manner. The Operator must demonstrate a detailed understanding of the quality requirements for the product being produced and able to make adjustments as necessary to achieve maximum quality.  This position has a direct effect on the quality of our products.  The Operator performs minor preventative maintenance (PMs) as necessary and evaluates upstream and downstream canning line dependencies and communicates changes to other operators or line personnel. This requires communication skills to maintain upstream and downstream equipment in harmony.   The operator is responsible for evaluating throughput problems and bottlenecks and making reasonable recommendations to resolve.  The operator is responsible for communicating quality related issues to their Team Lead, Shift Lead and/or Supervisor using the appropriate sense of urgency.  The operator is responsible for troubleshooting equipment effectively and appropriately seeking assistance of a trained Mechanic. When necessary clearly communicate equipment problems to a Mechanic in detail.

The Senior Manager, Packaging Development & Strategic Sourcing will lead, coach, and develop Packaging Engineers and Strategic Sourcing Specialists.  This role will deliver value for the company through the ideation and execution of innovation and strategic sourcing projects that reduce & control cost, improve quality, drive efficiency, and contribute to positive social and environmental impact. This role will also serve as a technical resource to support the execution of various packaging material development and capital installation projects.

The Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving continuous and sustainable improvement projects in the manufacturing plant. They demonstrate proficiency in continuous improvement production principles and leverages them to lead high-impact projects that improve Safety, that remove disengaging tasks to improve Employee Engagement, that improve Delivery, that reduce Cost, and that unlock plant Capacity.  The Process Improvement Engineer will work closely with the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager, plant leadership, and the Plant Controller to identify these projects.

Provide support to maintain and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment by performing the following duties.

As an Engineering Manager this individual will lead, coach and develop plant engineering, maintenance and other technical resources. Key accountabilities include, plant capital management, existing asset and infrastructure reliability and management, and brand protection by providing technical leadership in human and food safety and sustainability initiatives.
