General Labor wage starting at $15.50-$17.50/hr, plus $1/hr shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.50/hr for 3rd shift.

Our Medford plant has a variety of positions in different areas of the business, including Manufacturing Workers and Operators, Kitchen Kettle Cooks and Preps, Sanitation Workers, and more! The best part is you don’t need manufacturing experience to apply!

All positions are physically demanding and do require someone willing and able to be on their feet staying physically active throughout most of their shift. This is a general labor/manufacturing environment, so the facility is loud and active.

Individuals must be able to do physical work for 8–10-hour shifts, on their feet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The work environment may be very hot, very cold, and/or very humid. The noise level is high. Employees may frequently be required to walk on wet floors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands for dexterous tasks; reach; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds and assist in team lifts over 50-100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.
